Many, many pockets and compartments: one long zippered exterior pocket, outer main compartment with wrap-around zipper has full-size mesh compartment, 2 open-top mesh pockets, business card holder with clear window, hook for key storage, 3 pen holders, large Velcro-strap-close compartment with 3 padded Velcro strap compartments and smaller flat pockets. Inside main body has large Velcro -strap-close pocket, Velcro band to hold computer in place and smaller removable padded zippered compartment for cords. There is also a third zip-around fulls-size compartment for papers, files, etc. Two feet on bottom and all zippers work perfectly.
