kelly349 I have no reason to believe it isn’t. This is a vintage/new piece, possibly 40 years old. It was purchased in a collection of other fine quality European designer items. The sticker you see was on it. I believe it was purchased in Japan, as were many of the other items. Its comparable value was twice what I am asking. Hope this helps.
