This lovely has some wear, but overall in good condition. This is a size 18 and it is about 6 1/2" x 9", inside the hat is about 7".
Due to the size of this hat it can not be shipped with another item.

hi is this red or pink? description says magenta but it looks entirely scarlet.
Also can the ribbon be easily removed?
