J. Crew Nautical Skirt Black and White Stripes with Elastic Gathered Waistband. Size Xero (My mannequin fits Size 6+) Skirt is in very good condition. Barely worn. Skirt waistband measures 2 1/2" wide. Waistband is elastic with a ruffle on the top of the band. It has black and white stripes. The stripes measure 3/8" each. Material- Please see photo Measures- top of waistband to hem 18", waistband 2 1/2" wide, 12" long(not stretching it). Offers welcome!
