xoxoklowe @lynchstyle2016 Yes it can. It’s formulated after the Korean Beauty rule of Double Washing. First you use the yellow tube which is an oil based cleanser. It dissolves oil & make up. After you rinse, you use the black tube which is an activated charcoal cleanser. It draws impurities out of your pores & removes any remaining traces of dirt, pollutants, make up etc. It is safe for daily use.
