@cozyshop76 hi! the material is 68% polyester 28% rayon 4% spandex. It has a fuzzy soft thermal knit material. 24" to 25" natural waist. Unstretched, the elastic waistband measures approximately 23” when laid flat, stretching up comfortably to about 26”. I’m open to offers 💕
