{Ruthie Davis} White Heels with Neon Bottoms

Reposhing this item I purchased from @atochinskaya. Loved it, but never wore. I wear a 7 and had great plans to add cushioning and insoles until they fit, but never got around to it. They’re too gorgeous to stay in my closet any longer. It’s not fair to them!!! If anyone has these in a smaller size, please reach out to me. Questions? Leave a comment below! —————————- Original Description: Unique and catchy because of the neon yellow / green soles. These heels have three straps and a zipper at back. In great condition except some light markings on inner side of the foot as shown in the photos above. Heels measure at about 4.5”
