This rare handmade Indonesian stool features a dog, with a bone in its mouth. Hand carved, hand painted, solid wood. DELIGHTFUL! Dimensions: 7.75" tall, 14" long, 4.25 wide. This is not glued together, it was carved so the legs & tail fit in notches. the tail does move, but it's not designed to play with like a toy. I have never taken it apart. It says "bow -wow" amoungst the bone pattern. There is variation to the paint, colors, it is all an intentional part of this beautiful one of a kind piece. colors: black, cream, tan, white, red, grey. If you have heard of and understand : Wabi-Sabi, the asian aesthetic philosophy, you will be thrilled by this piece. See photo & videos. The age is unknown, I assume this is vintage or antique. I do not know. Orders ship promptly and carefully packaged. this is fairly lightweight, and you can bundle with another item, depending how big or the weight of it. but I would prefer to ship this on its own.
