This ring is stamped 925 sterling silver and has a makers mark of JJ. There are no other markings. The stones set into the heart and around the heart to accent are 12 stones in total in an illusion setting. Most of these stones are tiny and I could only truly test one stone which tested as a simulated diamond. This ring is a U.S. size 7. There is some wear from use.
