Skirt has wide covered elastic waistband and is fully lined. Sadly, the tags are removed so the maker is unknown. Beautifully made. Vent extension for movement. This fit my 4/6 manniquin well, could easily go up in size also due to the stretch in the material. Listing as a Medium, please see pics for approximate flat measurements.
