Early 90s vintage 14kt gold (stamped) heart pendant filled with diamonds! The pendant has its own clasp for easy removal for cleaning or switching necklaces. The chain is an Italian braided rope chain also 14kt gold with an intricate clasp. Excellent like new condition! No flaws!
