Vintage Cotton women’s chocolate brown velour sweatpants, size L

These vintage cotton sweatpants are done in a beautiful chocolate brown velour. The waist is elastic, and has a tie. Inside the waistband is finished in a leopard print velour. There are 2 front slant pockets, and open cuffs. Measurements: 16 inches across the waist( stretches easily to 18 inches) 21 inches across the hips. 10 across at the bottom
