@tericka74 Hi! I added a little video to show you that the zipper does work but it does come off track. It’s something that can be repaired with no problem, I personally don’t want to invest the money since I want the larger tote in this style. I hope this help. FYI- I have the scarf on the handle for fashion nothing more they are in great condition as the photos show.
