luv2luvutoo@jlmaya Hi sweetie I don’t have one available anymore. They completely sold out. I do have the short version available without the hoodie in a size small and a medium, in stock. However, these that are the long version are pre-order only so you would purchase it and once it came in. I would ship it out to you. Let me know if you want to do that. Thank you so much. ☀️

shanelljm16Hello. Just curious if this has buttons to close in the front? Does it have pockets? And is the hat available to buy as well? Thank you :)

Mar 15Reply

luv2luvutoo@shanelljm16 Hi Luv, The coat has significant and hidden hook eye closures down the front. It has pockets on both sides. It also comes with a tie belt made of the same material. The hat is not included, but the coat has a beautiful oversized hood. Be happy to help if I can answer any other questions. Thank you 🥰🌺

djbogan@luv2luvutoo please stop posting beautiful items! My closet is getting full. Lol I will get back with you on all my measurements. Can u please hold the last bundle for me. I want to lose 5 more pounds so we may have to go down another size.

Mar 22Reply

luv2luvutoo@djbogan Hi! lol. Sorry, Just saw this. Isn’t this coat dreamy. Too funny. Sounds good. Just let me know. The Gold metallic dress we only have one more in, in Medium, but I can always get you one on reorder if anything. 🌺

djbogan@luv2luvutoo I really want this coat! Can u please save it for me until I exchange the red dress. 🙏 please!!!!!

Mar 22Reply

luv2luvutoo@djbogan Yes. Will do Luv . 🤍💜💞

Mar 22Reply

djbogan@luv2luvutoo hi I hope I I got the price right let’s see I returned $450. That was 3 items. Then I own you $616. So I subtracted so 616.00 450.00 equals 🟰 $166.00 is that correct

Mar 27Reply

luv2luvutoo@djbogan Hi Hun, as a Posher yourself you know that we don’t personally handle finances. So like I mentioned from the initial start, please ship back the red dress and your white coverup that we agreed on. I’m happy to exchange those two items for you. Again, You’ll have to buy a shipping label. And you also have to provide us with a return shipping label so we can return your exchanges.

Mar 27Reply

luv2luvutoo@djbogan That’s the only way that we allow for exchanges. We can’t do it within your new bundle. Your new bundle will have to go as a separate and new transaction. We cannot subtract anything because we offer discounts on items and I’m certain items we don’t that much so. I hope you can understand. I will wait to receive your two items and once I do, I will then take the prepaid label and ship out your exchanged items that you decide on. Thanks so much for your understanding. 🤍🌺

Mar 27Reply

luv2luvutooHope that works. It is easier for our backend to do it as separate transactions and thats the only way we are set up for exchanges. We offer exchanges rarely and to our loyal customers as a courtesy outside what’s allowed and not allowed regarding that on here. I will wait to receive your two items and will reach out to you as soon as they come. Please ship them with tracking. Thank you so much.
