The fabulous Betsey Johnson tiered black dress is made of high quality cotton, with drop waist, eyelet embroidery and adjustable straps(buttons). It has many layers, slightly heavier than normal dress but not too much. The size 6 feels like a current size small. The pit to pit at the chest is about 15". The waist is about 13". Overall length without strap is about 34". This dress is my favor but I never wore it, the original tag is attached.
