fabulocityri @sexyhotmimi I’m 5’10 so on me it is 3/4 but I will take a measurement from shoulder to hem when I get home. I just had a major neck surgery two weeks ago so I cannot try it on. My son had to hold it up for me to take measurements. I cannot lift anything heavier than 1/2 a gallon of milk for another month. I can post the x-ray but it is scary

fabulocityri @sexyhotmimi hi, my son just hung it up on my trifold background and I measured it for you (I added a photo) approximately 43.5” top of shoulder to hem. It is gorgeous and the fox collar is so soft.

sexyhotmimi @fabulocityri it’s actually a little to long on me I’m 5’1 would you consider selling it for 750 so I can take it to a furrier to have it shortened if not I totally understand just thought I’d ask. It’s very beautiful though and I appreciate you for all the information

fabulocityri @sexyhotmimi I brought my mom’s mink to a regular tailor to have it shortened to 3/4 length to wear to the hockey rink. You’d be surprised what a master tailor can do. I had her make a straightaway stole from the rest. I’ve worn that to several fall/winter black tie events. And for anyone who gives you hell about it, simply say that it was your grandmother’s and it’s better than putting it in a landfill!

sexyhotmimi @fabulocityri thank you for that and it’s true people get upset when it comes to fur but this are vintage furs so it’s not like we are murdering innocent animals. So I see it differently because like you said, otherwise the fur would be in a landfill and it’s actually more environmentally friendly than all those fakers that don’t decompose overtime.

fabulocityri @sexyhotmimi exactly. I’m a retired probate attorney (due to the neck injury) and I always tried to get people to specifically bequeath (donate) unwanted goods to churches thrift stores, Salvation Army, Foster Forward to support children aging out of state care, ASPCA. There is so much that can be done within one’s Last Will & Testament for tangibles (things) that relatives will throw away.
