Beautiful Elegant and oh for a princess! This dress was designed by the same lady, that designs all the dresses from England. She also has such beautiful fabrics. This does have multiple layers and that helps to create fullness and actually just looks beautiful on your fur baby. This dress was worn as most all of mine were for a photo shoot by my Pomeranian. It was in pristine condition until I went to take pictures, and the Velcro on the dress got stuck to the underside of the tulle on side. I included a photo and it is hardly noticeable and definitely not noticeable when your dog is wearing a dress because it’s on the underneath side. Is that close with Velcro? So if you need a smaller waist you can adjust a bit. If you can sew would be easy to make smaller regarding girth.
