Hi. A few questions... 1) So this is a crinkly-type fabric? With crinkly folds that expand to the 30" across at the waist? Is my impression correct? __ 2) Is there ruching down the sleeves? Does the neckline also ruche? __ 3) Are the sleeves full-length, or 3/4-length? __ Thanks for any time you can spend on this. <3

@duskywing It is crinkly and it does expand. The rushing is only partway up the sleeve. The neckline is ruched. Sleeves are full length. I will make a video tomorrow to show it better. Thank you for your interest.
