Vintage 1940s Ohio Art lithograph tin spin top toy. Main colors are blue, yellow and red. The top has a train of circus animals that scoots along when the top is spinning. Giraffe, bear, lion, elephant and a puppy are pictured. The handle is wood painted blue. Works! (See video). Cute decor item for vintage toy collector, litho collector, tin toy collector, kids room decor, circus or animal themed events, etc. Made in the USA.
