QMack Button Up Velvet collar Tweed Coat Size M

This coat has a beautiful blue lining and blue velvet collar. This coat is very detailed with a Cross pattern. Has two working pockets. This a great light professional jacket. It can be paired with a sweater underneath for maximum warmth for sure. In perfect condition. The only flaw I would say is the light spot on the collar. I am not sure why it's there but the fabric is fully intact. A light is shining directly on it in pictures but is barely noticeable in regular light. Offers welcome!
