New with tags. Never worn. Size 8 but had lots of really good stretch. The train is beautiful! New so hasn’t been altered. The bling straps were added but easily removed. There is enough of the crystal from the straps to make a belt! There’s more than two hundred dollars of jewelry and accessories included. I love this but decided to go a different route for my reception dress! This would be great for a Wedding Reception, Vegas Wedding, New Years Eve Party, prom or pageant. It does stretch and can fit up a size easily (I fall between 8-10 and 12 depending, and it fits)It has some bling straps that have been added but can easily be taken off without a seamstress but honestly I think they add to it. Also comes with some extra length of that matches the straps that could be used to make a belt or necklace! It sparkles like AB crystals, so rainbow instead of flat white!
