Genuine freshwater cultured pearl & diamond gold plated solid 925 silver pendant

This is an absolutely gorgeous genuine freshwater cultured white pearl & natural diamond gold plated solid sterling silver pendant and gold tone chain. There is a small diamond on top of the smallest pearl. It tests positive for diamond with the selector II diamond tester. Stamped 925 and PAS on the back of the pendant. The chain is made of gold tone metal. It measures 16 inches long and has a 2 inch extender. In excellent vintage condition.
