Anthropologie (Saturday Sunday brand) drapey teal sweatshirt jacket/cardigan. Arms are normal for and the body of the sweatshirt is more relaxed. Big collar with zipper detail. Pocket on each side. Not fastener for the front, so will stay open. Hits just below the hips. Dart in the back.

@chacomom Hi! Shoulder to bottom hem is 27". Sleeve is 26" long. what other measurements will be helpful for you? It's pretty drapey so a little hard to measure the chest but the back width between the two shoulder seams is 13". Let me know if you have other questions!
