Satomi Kawakita Hexagon solitaire ring with sapphire center stone US Size 5, but can be resized by your jeweler. 18KT solid gold with a satin finish Black rhodium detail around the stone face. If I remember correctly the sapphire is approx 0.5 carats, but happy to measure the stone across if you’d like to better approximate size. Will ship with a Satomi signature ring box.
