This dress is super cute! It has Blue and white stripes. It is in good condition! It has no visible stains. it does not have a whole per se, but it does have an area where the fabric has separated a little bit right on the middle seam and the back. it's right around the waist area, so you could really spice this up with a cute belt, and it would cover that small pull. I believe it can also easily be sewed back to look like it never happened. ‼️ pet and smoke free home
