- Kate Spade black & White monochromatic halter dress - Deep V in the front and tie around the neck - low cut back w/ zipper - Large ruffle bottom - Print is back and bird & leafs - Size 2 Approx Measurements - 13 inches - this is the measurements across the belted portion directly below the bust - length is hard to measure because of the halter tie. I measured from the seam where the tie is sewn to the dress. It will run longer depending on how it’s tied - 36.5 inches
