the condition of the dress is perfect there’s nothing wrong with it. the color is a light blue possibly a sky blue. it was made for the store i got specifically so there’s no repeats of it. it was altered but only by a few inches. it will still touch the floor even in heals. it’s perfect for junior or senior prom or if you need it for a ball/party it will work. the back is open with strings that cross cross of each other. looks good with a messy bun.
