Unusual frame, great Art Deco floral design in blues, greens, yellows, salmon on a cream colored background.
Zigzag patterned bottom, figure 8 chain handle.
Frame is stamped with Whiting and Davis logo.
Measuring 6 inches long, 4 wide, 12 chain handle.
