This is false advertising and you should be apologetic and ashamed, not defensive. I will report poshmark to the proper authorities if they continue to let you get away with fraud.

kidskimom This was your response to me when I asked what you were going to do about returning the item that you promised was returnable, "@vegas__vibes says "I understand, and I'm sorry that statement was in there. We would honor it, but we have no control of the money. Poshmark won't release the funds. Also it is against their policy to do anything outside of their platform and they can ban us from selling here is we do not abide by their policies."
