This is a melamine 'Its the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown' Halloween sectional plate. This is rare and hard to find. As a bonus I am throwing in the McDonald's happy meal toys Charlie Brown and Linus. Charlie Brown is supposed to make sound but does not work. I am not sure if the batteries could be replaced or not. Linus's blankie has a string and when pulled he moves back to it.
