kelseylyn03Hi! You mention that these boots run large. Would you say they fit more like a 6 1/2? Or like a 7?

Mar 06Reply

catsmeowleather@kelseylyn03 They do. I bought a 6 and a 7 for myself and I am a 6.5. I kept neither because even the 6 fit me too loosely. I wear 6 with Docs sandals typically.

Mar 06Reply

kelseylyn03@catsmeowleather shoot, I’m a 6.5 too. I guess I’ll keep my eyes out for a 5! Thank you!

Mar 06Reply

catsmeowleather@kelseylyn03 I have a 5 but I would recommend the 6 for you instead of the 5.

Mar 06Reply

catsmeowleather@kelseylyn03 The leather on these take breaking in and a pair that’s snug would be tough to break in.

Mar 06Reply

kelseylyn03@catsmeowleather okay, I think what I’ll do is try a random pair of Docs on a 5 and a 6 in store locally to get a feel for the fit of them and then I’ll make a decision! Thanks again for the info!

Mar 07Reply

catsmeowleather@kelseylyn03 Try on a pair of 1460 (8eye) if you can find it. Fit varies with different styles. Some stores that usually carry them are Journeys, Macy’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Thanks for checking out my closet!

alicewondrAre these not as soft as the pascal Virginia ??

Apr 30Reply

catsmeowleather@maimackk They are not. This leather is thicker and harder. They take some breaking in.

Apr 30Reply

alicewondrSo looser fit better prob huh?

Apr 30Reply

catsmeowleather@maimackk I would still say the same fit. These fit large. I am a 6.5 and the 6 fit me even with considerable socks on.

Apr 30Reply

alicewondr@catsmeowleather thx girl

Apr 30Reply

catsmeowleather@maimackk No worries. Hope you find your size if you decide on it. They’re quite tough to get a hold of now.
