This is a fabulous boho vintage wraparound skirt with self fabric ties. It has self fabric belt loops you can run the ties through. It’s delightfully asymmetrical!
The skirt is about 26” long. The waist is about 39.5”. The ties are each about 34”.
I do not notice any damage. Please let me know if you want additional information or photos.

@vejsisvbf yes it was just listed! It looks even better in person :). I gave the length and the total of the waist in the listing. Since it is a wraparound there is room for some adjustment. I believe it would qualify as a size small, and would be ankle length to calf length on most people. I am five feet tall and it hits my ankles. Does that help?
