This black leather/white stitch organizer is OEM straight from the dealer. I used it for 8 months before returning lease. Attaches to back of driver or passenger seat with one overhead strap and a bungee-type hook on the bottom to attach to undercarriage of seat . Overall size is L221/2 x W16, top pocket L10 x W14 x 1” deep; lower pockets are L6” x 3”, 6”, 3” 2”D. Hidden magnet snaps on both outside flaps. Great condition.
