Beautiful vintage porcelain footed lipstick holder from I W Rice Company, Inc., made in Japan. There is some fading of the gold leaf around the top where the lipstick tubes go but other than that this piece is in pristine condition with no chips, cracks or imperfections. Label is still on the bottom of the lipstick holder.
