Can discoloration be removed if cleaned? It looks like it’s just blue ink from a pen.

@larondajefferso hello I’m not the original owner so I’m not sure what it is - I have seen people’s online videos of how to fix discoloration on the damier azur canvas and I’ve seen people go to cobblers and they repaint the canvas but I don’t have any experience with these options. luckily this is on the backside and against the body when being carried.
