Pretty teal blue sweater

this is a very cute piece. No labels so I don't know the exact size or fiber content. I think it's either a medium or a large. Has some stretch to it so that gives you a bit o' leeway. My best guess on the fiber content is some kind of synthetic blend. Could be wool but I don't think it is. The sleeves are chiffon (with a ruffle down the length of them!) which is a very pretty touch. It's a truly beautiful teal blue that I don't think the pictures do justice to.
