6.3 Carat Emerald Cut VVS Genuine Tanzanite Gem!

I am VERY fond of Tanzanite. It was the first gem my hubby gave me when we started dating; it has been my profile pic many times, and you could say it is my absolute favorite gemstone. Tanzanite is ALWAYS heated - no matter what sellers may tell you. The heating takes out the natural brown/maroon colors and leaves the blue and violet ones we know and love. That turns it from trichroic to dichroic. And It only comes from Tanzania. No other mines have been found on earth. So the price keeps going up and larger stones become rarer. This beauty is a very large 6.3 carat eye clean (VVS) stone, with an excellent luster, displaying its dichroic purple-blue in one of my favorite cuts, Emerald. It measures 14.66 X 8.66 X 4.97 mm.
