Quality Black short skirt 12

This short black skirt has a semi flounce at the bottom and is a size 12 made in the USA. There is no brand label in it but the quality fabric feels very smooth and upscale. I think it's a soft wool or gabardine, but I don't know. The skirt is fully lined with a long (9") zipper from the waist for easy access. I have taken measurements showing the length of the skirt, the waist, the length of the zipper and the short little pleat at the bottom hem which allows the skirt to flow and show movement. I added an additional photo showing the waist measurement. All of my items come freshly laundered or dry cleaned from my smoke-free home. This is a real quality fabric. All items are videotaped during packing and shipping.
