Striking dress by Vanite Couture, OS, but fits M/L best, in my opinion, but is extremely stretchy and form-fitting. Deep cobalt blue, permanently-pleated fabric, poly/spandex. V neck with a collar that runs down the length of the dress (attached). Handkerchief hem which is longer on sides. 3/4-length sleeves. Pull over style. Very difficult to wrinkle! Approx 16" pit-to-pit, unstretched, but stretches to about twice that width. Length ranges from approx 40" to 47". EUC. Very unusual, eye-catching dress!

peggygodson@mathychou Thanks for your interest. My camera freaks out with anything bluish, but it definitely has purple in it...about half blue, half purple. I maybe need to change the wording because I always call blue/purple "royal blue". If you held the dress up to a reddish purple, it would look blue; but if you held it next to a true blue, it would look purple. I hope this helps...or maybe confuses?
