This is a Monteau Los Angeles brand black and white striped sleeveless blouse top in a women’s size Medium. Top is primarily black with thin white stripes. It has a split henley neckline and had two flap pockets- one on each side of the chest. Has only been worn once and is in excellent condition. Great for casual wear or can be worn under a jacket or blazer for business casual.
