Reposhing this item I purchased from @vrnesssy8. Loved it, but it was a little too tight for me. I also have a large C cup chest. It would fit someone better with a smaller chest like the model. For reference, I'm 5'3" and weigh 115. It felt more like a size 2 to me than a 4.
