@jordan_vogul roughly They are roughly 16 inches across the top of the shorts while lying flat. (See new pic)
Little to no stretch in the shorts.
Also note the drawstring is only in the front/center. Making maybe a small amount of ability to tighten. Inch or two is my guess.
