nh946 Thanks for the offer Tanya, but I can buy this book for $800 from a reputable bookseller in Philadelphia. Plus trying to buy via this platform as an international buyer is complicated, to say the least (I would need to involve a re-shipper, at further cost). Such a shame, as I would have loved to buy yours!
