Vintage elegance. Halter neckline with detailed collar. Velvet bodice with size zip, hook and eye, and some small wear marks. Matching bolero jacket with cuff details. So gorgeous. There’s no label, so I’m assuming it was handmade for a special event. Dress is pictured with a crinoline (not included) long full skirt with tulle overlay. There are a couple repairs to the overlay (pictured) but they’re hard to see when just looking at the skirt. Couple uneven hem spots on the overlay (again, very hard to see when you aren’t searching and super upclose) Dress will need steaming upon arrival. It likes to hold onto wrinkles. Roughly a modern 6.
