Manolo Blahnik's Polka-dot Velvet pump "Putrosa" is made in Italy. It has a gold embroidered, scalloped collar, a 4.3" covered heel, a pointed toe, leather lining and sole. The "Polka-Dots" are black velvet circles upon black fabric, so you won't see traditional contrasting polka dots.
