Vintage 90’s Express strapless black dress with beautiful embroidery 7/8 EUC

Vintage EXPRESS strapless black dress with embroidered flowers 7/8 EUC. Removable straps not included, but almost any black elastic straps would work. No visible flaws. Original owner. Purchased circa 1994. Been holding onto it in the hopes of getting back down to this size because I love it… but I should probably let go of the dream. Price firm though, because I’d rather cling to the dream than take too little money for it!
