Gorgeous blue necklace

In brand new condition blue stone necklace. I’m not too sure what the stone is but I know it’s 14KT over sterling silver chain:) 16”- 19” adjustable. I’ve had it for a few months but have never worn it and it would be much better with someone who will make it feel special.
