Colorful Blouse/Dress

This can be worn as a dress or blouse. I’m 5’7 and it hit above my knees so I always wore it as a top. Comes with all the compliments. Size 3X but has faded on the tag. The last photo shows the lining of the armpits and slight wear. You cannot see this when you’re wearing it but I’ve noted it in the price since it’s like this on both sides.
