what does the calf measure?

@alicecraddock5 Hi. I wasn't exactly sure where to measure, so I took two. the widest part at the top has a circumference of 15.75". The place where the top tan and the black shaft meet is 14" circumference. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
