maljackson95 The user @savebigmedical is selling prescription-only diabetic supplies on your app, which is a federal crime. She is even selling expired supplies, which is endangering peoples’ lives further.

thedealmama @maljackson95 hi, Fyi, this isn’t really a place that compliance checks. If you see things that do not belong on posh, I would suggest reporting individual listings of concern, there’s a little flag and several reasons, if you are correct that would definitely fall under the reason “not compliant/illegal”. You could alternatively send an email to posh support. Hope this was helpful.

maljackson95 @thedealmama thank you for explaining. I have contacted support and let them know. What’s really messed up is that @savebigmedical seems to be taking these items from her work, which is why many are expired. I am a pharmacist so I know these items are rx-only. Hopefully Poshmark does the right thing and removes her account, because they are literally allowing @savebigmedical to commit a federal crime and break the law.
